Sunly Properties, Inc. (SPI). traces its humble beginning in 1996, when the incorporators decided to venture into real estate. The flagship project was inaugurated when the Asian crisis and the real estate glut was at its highest. Inspite of this, SPI, with its arsenal of dedicated and highly qualified roster of engineers, architects and workers started to build South Green Villas (SGV) a masterpiece development in Merville, Paranaque. Combining quality workmanship with flexible payment schemes, the initial phase literally “flew off the shelves” in a matter of months. Backed with referrals from satisfied unit owners, SPI opened Annex 45, a 70-unit development in Bgy. Sun Valley, Dona Soledad while completing the 40-unit exclusive community in South Green Villas.

Annex 45 changed the city landscape in that area. Ideal for starting couples and young executives, its customized package inclusive of the services of an interior designer paved the way for the company’s growth and expertise in the real estate business. Armstrong Place was the first project to utilize modern design architecture. Inaugurated and sold within the year 2006, Armstrong Place serves as an imposing landmark in Moonwalk Phase 2, Paranaque. Collins Place is another modern design architecture in Moonwalk Phase 1, Paranaque. It generated a lot of inquiries and sales leads for SPI long after it was opened for sale to the market in late 2006.

With the positive market response in real estate , SPI has started pre-selling Calle Rosa Townhomes in late 2007. Ushering the year 2008 with fresh hopes and the desire to continuously provide quality homes, SPI ventures in its first walk-up condo project. 329 @armstrong aims to provide stylishly designed spaces with masterfully- planned lay-outs for starting couples and young professionals.
